One-day or more, workshop
with Adele Mitchell
Enjoy the process of creating a small painting
from the inspiration of native New Zealand bush or our local
landscape.
We can take drawing materials out into the native
bush or landscape to gather ideas and sketches that can later be
transformed into a painting. You will be guided in the use of
acrylics to create your own 6”x6”painting to be completed by the end
of one day.
Experience is not necessary but this workshop is
suitable for all levels, guidance being given to ensure that
everyone has an enjoyable day with pleasing results.
Accommodation is available for those who wish to
stay longer and either work independently or with guidance from
Adele. For those wishing to stay longer and are looking for variety
Adele will introduce you to other local artists i.e. a weaver,
a textile artist and a printmaker.
